在氮磷钾复合肥生产中，燃油燃气蒸汽锅炉得到了广泛应用。在氮磷钾复合肥造粒中为转股造粒机提供了必要的高温高湿环境，对于球状颗粒的形成，以及成品中氮，磷，钾元素的均匀分布提供了重要的作用。锅炉燃烧室设计合理，完全适应城市煤气、天然气、轻柴油、重油等多种燃料，燃烧完全，烟气污染物少。控制系统采用机电一体化控制设备和可编程逻辑控制器(PLC)联合控制方式，并配套意大利利雅路/百得、芬兰奥林、德国威索等国际知名品牌燃烧器。
